About me

I am passionate about physiotherapy and how its principles and methods can be applied to help people overcome their physical problems. No matter what the physical barrier is, I believe that people deserve the opportunity to function to their full potential and that physiotherapy treatment can play a vital part in achieving this.

Since graduating with a first class honours in Physiotherapy from University of Hertfordshire, my work experience has been varied and this has enabled me to become a holistic, sympathetic therapist. I have worked in various areas from paediatrics to older people, complex physical disability to professional footballers at Arsenal FC and Charlton Athletic FC, with a whole lot more in-between. Currently I work locally in the NHS as a service lead for a progressive, evidence-based trust.

I offer high quality skills and physiotherapy treatment in an affordable, proactive and convenient way. Being a parent and working full time in the NHS, I fully understand the difficulties that people have in accessing treatment for problems that crop up, such as not wanting to take time off work or having to fit around the lives of children and other responsibilities. What I offer is the chance for people to get those aches, pains and injuries sorted at a time that suits them in the convenience of their own home.

My aim is to get you back to full fitness as quickly as possible, not tied to constant physiotherapy for months to come, unless this is agreed as part of an ongoing rehab programme.

I am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and registered with the Health & Care Professions Council.
